I am an knowledge management, IT impacts, and diversity consultant and researcher.  I have recently joined the Jon M. Huntsman School of Business at Utah State University as a professor of MIS and Accounting, and am affiliated with the Active Learning Lab at USU.  I hold a PhD in Management Information Systems (with a minor in Cognitive Science) and a Masters in Accounting from The University of Arizona and conduct research focusing on knowledge management, business intelligence, data analytics, and IT impacts.


I am co-chairing the USENIX Women in Advanced Computing Summit with Carolyn Rowland in June 2013 (San Jose, CA).  I will also be the general conference chair for USENIX LISA (Large Installation System Administration) in November 2014 (Seattle, WA).
